The Customer may only set off claims that are undisputed or have been finally established at law against claims by the Hotel. VI. “No show” / withdrawal / cancellation by Customer This country-house hotel is situated in the beautiful countryside near Exeter. In the event of withdrawal the Customer shall as a fundamental rule, subject to the provisions of clause VI. no. 4., be obliged to pay 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation with or without breakfast, 70% for half board and 60% for full board arrangements. XVII. Final provisions Pro: excellent location in south Kensington. Quiet at night, tons of food and bars nearly, and around the corner from the tube station. hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast (included) was delicious. Room was fairly sized (bathroom was small) . Housekeeping made the bed every day. The beds are wonderfully comfy, and the breakfast is very good. There is food available throughout the day, but you are probably not staying here for the gastronomic experience as much as its location and service. You have all of London on your doorstep, and there are many good restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Reassuringly rural, and handy for exploring the Wye Valley, this 20-room hotel near the Forest of Dean makes a fine place for a Christmas break.
