Milk - To keep this dairy-free I used oat milk. It works SO WELL in this drink! But you can use any other milk you want. The creamier, the better! Let simmer for about 5-6 minutes. If you want the pearls to be softer, cook for longer. If you want them chewier, cook for less long.
