There is good evidence that shows there are a number of things that keep us stuck and unable to change. The Covid-19 Pandemic has alerted us to the potential of technology to tackle big and seemingly intractable problems, to make lives longer, happier and healthier, and reduce—or better, reverse—our negative impacts on the world. So the more we have a repeated way of doing things, the more we think the same way, the more strongly connected those neural pathways become.
